Incredible Journeys Travel Inc. is co-owned by Reid Morrison and Sherry Semrau. Reid previously started, owned and operated Creative Travel Adventures for 15 years before selling the agency and starting Incredible Journeys in 2006. Sherry worked at Creative Travel for 10 years before joining Reid with his new company. Between them they have over 40 years experience in the travel industry primarily specializing in group travel to exotic and adventure locations throughout the world.

School Trips with a Conscience

Ten years ago they started organizing trips for schools wishing to do more then just the traditional style school outing. These trips encompass sending schools to destinations where students learn about cultural diversity, economic development, geographical wonders and social dynamics but also spend time working with local groups in aid assistance and sustainable development. In this time they have organized trips for close to a 1000 students to destinations such as Tibet, Laos, Vietnam, Nepal, India, Peru, Ecuador, Egypt, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Costa Rica, Russia, Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique – to just name some.

Over the years they have developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing school boards and teachers in organizing school trips. By working closely with the organizers they are able to develop the proper programs to meet the requirements of the school boards and parents to ensure successful and safe trips.

Currently the company is organizing trips for West Island College , Rundle College , Calgary International and French School , Calgary Academy , Westmount Charter School , Crofton House and the Edge School . In the past they have also worked with various public schools in Calgary and Saskatchewan on more traditional style programs into Europe and the United States .

Sports

Another key component of the company's business is also organizing sports team travel for clients such as the Calgary Stampeders, Canadian Luge Association and Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton.

Incredible Journeys Travel is incorporated in the province of Alberta and is a licensed IATA travel agency.
